Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or an error occurred on our part.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
