An elegant and well-structured wine, our Cabernet Sauvignon “Signature” presents a seductive bouquet with warm notes of sweet red pepper. It is aged for 20-24 months in French oak barrels, followed by a further period of slow, gentle aging in the bottle. Signature boasts an intriguing fragrance, marked by the intensity of blackcurrant and blueberry, enhanced with notes of chocolate, juniper, eucalyptus, and a hint of sweet red pepper – characteristic of wines produced from this particular vineyard. Suggested pairings include braised meats, cheese with jams, and truffle dishes.
