Noble not only in name: elegant and delicate with fine aromas and polished tannins, Terra Antica’s Nobile di Montepulciano is crafted entirely from Sangiovese grapes, specifically the local Prugnolo Gentile variety, which are carefully selected and harvested by hand. Aged for four years in oak barrels, this wine delights the drinker with an exceptionally smooth texture and an extraordinary richness of aromas and complexity. Our Nobile di Montepulciano is particularly suited for long aging, with a potential shelf life of approximately 15 years. A wine of great structure, it pairs beautifully not only with appetizers, meat-based first courses, and grilled or stewed meats, but also with complex gourmet dishes.
